The beauty of the day was that the sun was shining down and it was about 40 Degrees F. out.. It was absolutely fabulous to play in the snow and feel like you should bring your lawn chair out.

He was SO cute and so old and hobbling around trying to keep up with the younger dogs.  I could take this one home with me (and that's saying a lot)!

Can someone tell me.. is this an otter trail?  That's what the antique man and I were thinking..  it's a beautiful track in the snow.

He was showing me the old finish on the bottom of his "antique" skis and telling me how he didn't think he could gain back the endurance he had years ago.  I really liked his socks.

Between the blocks of neighborhood, we have some outdoor ice rinks, where the parks are during the summer.

Here they are in all their glory after a foggy evening and morning.  I have wanted to take a picture of these three buffalo that live about a mile from my house for a long time, but was waiting for the temperatures to drop and the crisp air to dust them up with frost.  Funny thing - a bull from the herd chased them over to me.  And, I had to stay in the car or they wouldn't come close.

They don't look as big from this angle. Don't be deceived..they're huge.

For my dad.  He loves buffalo.

So who ends up with all the left-hand gloves in the end?  I've often thought I needed to start a store for lost left-hand gloves and socks.  I think it would work.. over time.

well, I've been remarkably delinquent in getting to my blog lately.  Sorry about that.  Thanks for your patience.. I hope to get out and shoot some more blue sky and "White Life" tomorrow, as my friend called it.
