Located in the Madison Valley, just west of the Gallatin Valley (where Bozeman lies) is Ennis, Montana. Ennis is a small ranching, tourist, fishing town. Some of the best fly fishing in the world happens in the Madison Valley and surrounding areas. This cafe is central to the Ennis community. Two eggs and 1/2 a plate of hashbrowns for $2.99. Nice!
