Today, I went to visit a friend whose family has milked cows in the Gallatin Valley since 1894. They are a part of a strong dutch community that exists here, famous for potato farming and dairy farming. This sign welcomes you to the break room where grandma brings homemade baked goods for the workers every day at 10 AM.
