just south of here

An early morning sunrise over Yellowstone Lake in Yellowstone National Park.  "Jellystone", as we call it, is about an hour and half drive south of Bozeman, and is know for the heat that comes up from the depths of the earth.  What results is water rocketing up into the air, rock melting to mud and very peculiar bacteria growing in all sorts of hot temperatures that aren't commonly know to support "life".  And of course the buffalo and the elk and wolves come to stay "warm" during the winter near these "warmer" areas.  Really, I think Bozeman is warmer than Yellowstone.  Maybe they should just come into town.
