Montana Ale Works is an old train station converted to a bar/restaurant. Most tourists go here when they come to town. They serve Bison Burgers among other things. This is Main Street.

I don't imagine the type of grain used in beer making is the type that grain elevator was built to handle :-).
So, what's the verdict on bison burgers? Next summer I may be driving past and will want to know :-).
