Christmas Stroll

Every first Saturday in December, Bozeman hosts the Christmas Stroll.  They close main street (which is a main highway) and let everyone walk up and down the main 8 blocks for a couple hours of shopping, mingling with friends, eating yummy eats and drinking Coco, Apple Cider and other assorted warm-the-bones drinks.  Carolers and other music groups come out to ring in cheer.  The city also hangs these "octopus" like decorations on each block every year.  Tis the Season!  It's quite a fun tradition, especially when it's warm enough to enjoy the stroll.

This looks fantastic...I love the decorations, and the fact that the entire street is made exclusive for pedestrians...must have been fun walking along, and experiencing the festive atmosphere :)

Looks like so much fun! Christmas markets and community togetherness are one of the best pleasures a town can create for itself.
